   Hector has been in the Mortgage industry since 2002. This allows him a unique perspective into our ever changing industry, and the ability to anticipate the needs of not only the company, but of our clients. Hector has a wealth of knowledge in mortgages, and he is excited to be able to share his insights with you.

Teresa Cacucciolo, Vice President, Loan Originator

  Teresa Cacucciolo has been in the mortgage industry for 13 years and she loves her job. She is passionate about helping her clients find the best mortgage for their needs and make the home buying process as stress-free as possible. Teresa takes the time to get to know her clients and their families, and she always puts their best interests first. Her clients have consistently given her 5-star reviews and Teresa has consistently been one of the top-producing loan officers at her company. She started out as a loan processor and has moved her way up since then. "My passion helping people who never thought they could get a mortgage, or have been turned down in the past get home loans. Seeing someone close on their first home is the most rewarding part of my job." 

    In her role as Vice president, she is responsible for developing and managing relationships with lenders, technology providers, and other industry partners. She has a deep understanding of the business, and her experience has given her a unique perspective on the role that technology can play in improving the mortgage process.

Terri Santiago, Executive Secretary, Branch Manager

   Terri Santiago has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. She began her career as a loan processor, and progressed through the ranks to Executive Secretary & Branch Manager. She is responsible for developing and managing lender relationships, compliance, and other mortgage-related functions. In addition to her extensive experience in the mortgage industry, Terri is a skilled problem solver with a proven track record of success. Terri’s experience and skills have been essential in helping the company meet its goals and objectives. 

   In her role as branch manager, she has been instrumental in developing new business opportunities and expanding the company’s reach. As executive secretary, she has provided support to the president and other members of management. Terri’s dedication to her work and her commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable asset to the company..
